As part of an effort to protect Hillary's campaign, Bill is trying to break ties with a long-time friend and contributor Mr. Burkle, who helped with legal bills from accumulated from investigations on both Bill and Hillary during Clinton's presidency. The relationship began in 2002. Clinton may earn $20 million by breaking ties.
